AC119-3 - Air Operator Certification - Part 135 Operations

Purpose

This Advisory Circular (AC) describes an acceptable means of compliance with requirements relating to the certification of aircraft operators under Part 119 for air operations conducted in accordance with Part 135.

This AC relates specifically to Civil Aviation Rule Parts 119 and 135, but also refers to requirements in the operating rules of Part 91, 92, 43, 12, 108, 145, and 141.
