AC00-1 - Acceptability of Parts

Purpose

This Advisory Circular (AC) describes an acceptable means of compliance with Civil Aviation Rules, Part 21 Certification of Products and Parts Subpart K and Part 43 General Maintenance Rules Subpart B, relating to the use of acceptable parts on type certificated aircraft.

Change notice

Revision 3:

• Adds a rule reference in section 2.2, Part 43 – Maintenance practices
