Purpose
This AC describes an acceptable means of compliance with recommended study material in respect of written examinations for Subject 20 (Air Law – Written).

Change notice
Revision 8 makes the following changes:
- Amends the required study material publication list by removing references 29 and 36, and adjusting the numbering of the subsequent references
- Updates Section 2.4, Incident Investigation, by adding references to forms CAA005i and CAA005D, and deleting the references for organisation failure definitions and selection of failure codes
- Moves the content in Section 3.3 to Section 9.3
- Amends some references in Sections 6.1, 6.2, 7.9 and 7.19
- Deletes section 11.8, as this was not part of the transition from Part 19
- Makes stylistic changes to ensure consistency in reference terminology.
