This Advisory Circular (AC) describes an acceptable means of compliance and provides the syllabus for training and assessment for applicants for an area control procedural rating.
This AC relates to Civil Aviation Rules Part 65 Subpart G – specifically rule 65.301(1)(iv).
Revision 4 introduces a revised syllabus of training at Appendix A reflecting the inclusion of elements of the previous automatic dependent surveillance rating into the syllabus and deletes Appendix B.
